Mark, the business owner, changes his menus often to take advantage of the local seasonal fayre. Mark and his team of chefs pride themselves on making all of the dishes on the premises, except the hand-made ice cream, which is made at a local farm. The menu changes to follow the seasons to offer lighter, fresh dishes in the summer and good hearty warming food in the winter. The team are happy to cater for all kinds of dietary requirements, and given enough notice, can design a few dishes to suit all guests.
