Celeriac and apple soup with Girolle mushrooms and cheesy toast

Roast crown of Hampshire turkey traditionally garnished with Chestnut and date stuffing, pigs in blankets, cranberry, port and orange sauce, served with roasted root vegetables
Slow braised belly of pork served with apple soup, garlic puree and a port jus
Scottish salmon loin fishfingers served with triple chips, pea puree and tartare sauce
Hand rolled gnocchi with wild mushrooms, white truffle oil and shaved parmesan

All served with roast potatoes and creamed sprouts with pancetta
